Sedgwick has now completed a new agreement with Lercari Group in Italy, who will be the first member of our new Sedgwick Alliance.

The Sedgwick Alliance is our network of approved non-owned, independent third-party claims management and loss adjusting companies. Working exclusively with Sedgwick, Alliance Members uphold our global service standards whilst offering our clients local expertise. Each member provides on-the-ground support in the local language with a deep understanding of regional customs, regulation and geography.  

Lercari will provide claims handling, loss adjusting and TPA services in Italy on an exclusive basis. They will also provide TPA in a further 16 jurisdictions in order to offer our clients a wide network of support in regions where Sedgwick do not have an owned office. For the extended TPA offering Lercari can provide support in:

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.

Additionally Lercari can use the services of our own Sedgwick global network outside of Italy for their own clients.

Our partnership with Lercari has been in place for many years and existing international programmes that are currently served by prior arrangement with the Lercari team will continue on the current basis. However, please note that the main Lercari operating company has changed its name to ‘Service Lercari SRL’.
