Come precedentemente comunicato, l\u2019avvenuta acquisizione di Cunningham Lindsey e delle sue societ\u00e0 sussidiarie\u00a0 da parte di Sedgwick, ha costituito il primo gruppo mondiale nella gestione tecnologica dei rischi, per il mondo assicurativo e non solo, impiegando 21.000 professionisti in pi\u00f9 di 60 paesi del mondo.<\/p>\n

Conseguentemente la joint venture con il Gruppo Lercari beneficer\u00e0 delle tecnologie, delle competenze e della diffusione internazionale del nuovo soggetto, consentendo di aumentare ulteriormente l\u2019offerta di servizi, la loro qualit\u00e0 e la presenza a livello mondiale.<\/p>\n

Si \u00e8 quindi sviluppato il processo di integrazione e rebranding in Sedgwick di Cunnigham Lindsey e delle societ\u00e0 sussidiarie di entrambi i Gruppi, con unificazione e integrazione dell\u2019offerta di servizi alla Clientela in ogni parte del mondo.<\/p>\n

In tale contesto Lercari S.r.l. e Cunningham Lindsey Europe BV rendono noto che lo scorso 7 Settembre\u00a0 l\u2019Assemblea dei soci della Societ\u00e0 Cunningham Lindsey Lercari ha\u00a0 approvato in sede straordinaria la modifica della denominazione sociale da \u201cCunningham Lindsey Lercari S.r.l.\u201d in \u201cSedgwick Lercari S.r.l.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong>As previously communicated, \u00a0the acquisition of Cunnigham Lindsey and its subsidiary companies by Sedgwick, set up the leading worldwide global provider of technological enabled risk and benefit solutions, oriented to insurance world and other sectors, employing 21.000 professionals in more than 60 countries.<\/em><\/p>\n

    Consequently the joint venture with Gruppo Lercari will benefit of the technologies, expertise and international footprint of the new entity, allowing to further enhance range of services, relevant quality and international projection.<\/em><\/p>\n

    The process of integration and rebranding in Sedgwick of Cunnigham Lindsey and of the subsidiaries of both Groups carried on, with the unification and integration of the offer of services to customers all over the world.<\/em><\/p>\n

    In this context Lercari S.r.l. and Cunningham Lindsey Europe BV disclose that on September the 7th, Cunningham Lindsey Lercari Shareholders\u2019 Meeting approved the change in company name from \u201cCunningham Lindsey Lercari S.r.l.\u201d to \u201cSedgwick Lercari S.r.l.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
